One of the first things that our customers like to consider is whether a single or double storey best suits their family. Do you have a preference? Another important consideration is how long you plan to live in the home. Does the home provide the required number of bedrooms and bathrooms for all family members – now and in the future?
It’s very important to think about the things that family members will be doing in the home. Will you be entertaining guests? How much food preparation space do you need? Do you like dining indoors our outdoors in an alfresco space? Are there places for the family to come together and places where different family members can enjoy some quiet time?
