Director's Statement - COVID-19

Dear Customers - Existing and New,

With the latest measures put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19, we at Granvue Homes will continue to implement safeguards to stop the spread of this virus as our first priority and ask you to join us in doing the same whether you are an existing customer or considering becoming a customer.

Existing Customers –

Understandably you will have concerns, and we are here for you. We are continuing to build your Home, prepare your Contract, your Colour Selection Appointments and your Tenders. Albeit a little differently:

  • Many staff are working remotely to practice physical distancing.
  • Trades and suppliers are practising rigorous physical distancing on site.
  • Our Head Office and Vue studio are sanitised multiple times daily for your and our protection.

So rest assured that when it comes to your home we are doing all we can to deliver. Your experience may be different during this time, so please be patient with us and do not be offended as we practise physical distancing and increased sanitising for everyone's protection. 

New Customers -

If you are looking to purchase a home, or obtain information for a future build our sales team is available to assist you in a number of ways:

  • Through our display network which remains open with additional sanitising measures in place, capacity regulations and physical distancing. It is appropriate that you call ahead and book a one on one appointment.
  • Our website has virtual tours available for all our display homes.  
  • Over the phone, call us directly for information or any questions you have relating to building your new home

Practice physical distancing everywhere you go, look out for each other and if you are feeling unwell do the right thing by self-isolating or visiting www.health.gov.au.
